Strength & Stability: Gentle Mat Pilates - This gentle, low-impact class is designed to help older adults build strength, improve flexibility, and support posture. Using slow, controlled movements, students will strengthen the core, increase mobility and improve balance to support daily activities. Modifications and props are used to ensure a safe, comfortable and accessible class for all fitness levels.

Steadiness & Balance: Yoga - This class is designed to improve steadiness in both body and mind through intentional movement, breath awareness, and mindful focus. We’ll explore postures that strengthen core and lower-body muscles, enhance joint stability, and cultivate balance on and off the mat

Guided Meditation & Sound Healing: This class offers a deeply restorative experience that nurtures both mind and body. You’ll be gently guided through meditation practices designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and open the heart. As you settle into stillness, healing sound vibrations from instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, or gongs will wash over you—helping to release tension, restore balance, and invite a state of deep relaxation.

Ground & Unwind: Yoga - This calming class is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your center. Through gentle, grounding postures, mindful movement, and steady breathwork, you’ll create space to let go of stress and settle into a state of ease.
